IMM5444 form issue

Hi there!

I am facing a similar issue with the IMM 5444 digital form as it’s not turning Green with the ready-to-submit button. I deleted the alternate number as well but it didn’t help. One more weird thing is happening to me whenever I try to look over for the questions on the immigration history page, it always turns blank and I have to answer them over and over again whenever I go back to it. Would this be a problem or it is normal?

If anyone knows the solution, that would be appreciated !!

I facing some issues with IMM5444, I filled out the form the PR renewal and was able to submit it but I did receive any email about its successfully submission or the application number and it's already been 10-15 days. I am not sure what to do.. is anyone experiencing the same problem or know what to do

For IMM 5444 please advise what is to be filled?
We are making PRTD application, for my wife whose PR has expired 7 years back. She has not entered Canada last 7 years.
PR card holder is living overseas in India with Canadian spouse who is retired.
What documents to attach for the below
1. Supplementary Travel log ?
2. Relative PR card or Citizenship certificate ?
3. Identity document (drivers license etc.) ?
4. Others ?
