On this form, the instructions state to list all step brothers/sisters etc etc. I have two step brothers in which i am estranged from (my mom is widowed from their father) and im no longer in contact with them. One of the other forum members advised that I should still list them on this form, however, I do not know their DOB's and I do not know both of their present addresses. How do I proceed filling out this part of the form not knowing this information? For DOB and address parts, do I put "unknown"?
