IMM5406 form question

Hi all,
I'm reading the guide for filling up FSWP 2013 application forms, and it says IMM5406 form must be completed by the following.

This form must be completed by:

You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

Does this mean that I (the main applicant) have to complete one copy of the form with my parent and sibling information, and then my spouse has to complete another copy of the same form but with her parent and sibling information?

That is correct. And an important point to remember: When she is filling her copy of the form. Her name will come in the "Applicant" field.
