IMM5406 Form for 18 year old son, help needed

Can someone advise us how to start filling the IMM 5406 for Additional Family Information form for a 18 yr old dependent child. Should it be straight in Children section and fill the details and leave rest of the columns empty? Please advise.

No, His name is the applicant and he lists his parents and the children section is N/A in each, then he lists his brothers and sisters.
