today I got an email with the IMM5373AE form which I had not sent with my application for SINP OID outside EE on Jan 03, 2016. I thought it was not applicable to my case since it's about the group of five sponsors. I am a bit confused about hot fill it. Somebody please provide me with the guidelines how to complete it.

This looks really strange. It is for Private Sponsorship of Refugees Program: Groups of Five (IMM 5373).
