imm5257b_1 barcodes can't be generated

Hello,

I'm having issues validating a document IMM5257b_1

-The form shows validated
-bottom page does not show the barcodes
-Installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader which the page suggested.
-Opened the file through Adobe Reader.
-Tried using another PDF edit "Foxit" but the issue persist. (No barcodes after validating the document)

Also, whenever I open the file, there's a message on top: "The validity of the document certification is UNKNOWN. The author could not be verified.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Did you try in different browser, may be IE?

Yes, I've tried IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, and microsoft edge.
