IMM5257 Error

Hi,

Has anyone had the below error when trying to upload IMM5257, it successfully validates but keeps giving me this error, I used the links and forms from the website so I assume that is the latest version?

Error Description: Please ensure you download the latest form from the IRCC website, complete the form using Adobe Reader, validate and upload again.
If you continue to receive this error message, you should review the FAQs in the Help Centre. If your issue is not answered there, submit your issue through the Report a Technical Issue button at the top right of the screen

If it succesfully validates then this error cannot occur, this is contradictory.

Or is this error after you upload it?

I would do as the error advises.

It gave me the error when I tried to upload it. I had to use a different computer and then it eventually accepted it. so I'm patiently awaiting feedback.

I along with a friend are also having the same problem.

1- Did you fill the form electronically, validate it and save it? and then upload it?

Or

2- Did you fill the form, validate it, print it, sign it and scan it? and then upload it?

I used a different computer to download the form, fill it in, validate and save it then upload, for some reason it did not upload on my computer.
