Can I Sponsor & Co-Sponsor for 2 different people at the same time, i mean both applications be under assessment at the same time.

Do you mean on the same application, or two separate applications?

2 separate applications. in one i will be the sponsor without a co-sponsor and in the second one i will be the co-sponsor. both applications are for sponsoring 2 different people, my Mother and my Mother-in-law respectively.

As long as you can meet LICO for both apps, yes.

Question 6 is asking if you already have a sponsorship in process for the person you are planning to sponsor. It has nothing to do with sponsoring other people.
