IMM1344 Ex wife DOB

Hi Forum,

I am filling in IMM1344 and I need to specify ex-wife date of birth which I don’t remember and I can’t find any info on that. Divorce certificate doesn’t have it either.

I called Canadian immigration and they said just to put “Unknown” in that field. Have any of you had the same situation and what did you do?

Your separation agreement/divorce details that you filed with the court would (or should) have that.

You should be able to pop into the court where you filed and request to see your case.
