Try using another web browser..I had the same issue with IE, but it works for me on Chrome.

I cannot download the IMM1295 to my computer it says I don't have the program to load it but adobe is up to date.

Hi,
Here is what I did. You click the link that shows the file name, when you see the error message, look at down the left corner of that page. You can find options. Choose the save option and do so on the desk top. Go to the desk top and right click, then open it the adobe in that way. You will definetely get it that way.

try as madal said..if u still have a problem...try using different browser...like firefox...or google chrome...see if that works...and then look in ur download folder under my document etc...
