Try to get acrobot reader on your phone and download it again. Even if someone sent it to you and you don't have acrobot reader it won't open

Alternatively from the please wait page , select 'save page as' and save the page making note of the folder. Go to Adobe reader and select file, open then select the filename of the page you just saved.

No idea if this works on an ipad or a phone but above works on an iMAC and possible also on a PC
