Hello, I know this has been an issue before, but I've tried everything I've read on forums and I still can't get a solution. The form is validated, I get the bar codes on the final page, I'm using the latest form I can find (IMM1294 11-2018 E), I've tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Every time I try to upload the IMM1294 form, I get the same error:
The form could not be submitted because errors were found.

- Answer all questions on the form
- Click on the validation button
- Save it on your computer (as a PDF)
- Upload the saved PDF document here
- After I click the Validate button on my application form, nothing happens and I don't see the barcodes. Why?
