Hi everyone,
We are about to send in our application so it's time for "panic" checks.
My sponsor, my common law partner, is just sponsoring me. Do we need IMM1283? To my understanding we don't as we don't have any other dependents and there is no income requirement for sponsoring your common law partner. Would be great if someone could confirm this.

I'm a Canadian living outside Canada and I will be sponsoring my wife and we have 2 children together (ages under 6) born outside of Canada, but who have Canadian citizenship. Do I need to fill out this form? Thanks.

So basically I don't have to fill this out as my children do not have dependent children of their own right. Sorry the language is a bit confusing sometimes. Thank you.
