IMM1017E Form "Residential or Correspondence address"

Hello Guys,

I have a question. I am Canadian citizen and I am sponsoring my wife who chose me to be her representative during the whole process. My wife is Egyptian and currently she is living in Egypt. As her representative I chose the Canadian address to be her correspondence address.

Today, I got an email on her behalf regarding her medical examination. When I opened the IMM1017E form I found that the written address is the correspondence address "the Canadian address" not the residential address "Her address in Egypt"

Do you think this makes a difference? Should I contact CIC asking for a new IMM1017E form containing her Egyptian residential address.

What makes me confused in IMM1017E form it did not mention next to the address which address they they meant "residential or corresponding". When we were filling her application it was mentioned each time next to the address whether it is the residential or the correspondence.

The address does not make any difference.......you are her representative and all corresponse will have your mailing address.........she can do the IRCC medical exam in any country, she just have to ensure the medical physician is an IRCC appointed medical physician.......regardless of the mailing address on IMM1017E......she can do the medical exam in any country.......the medical physician who does the medical exam is responsible for sending the medical results to IRCC......ask her to book and appointment with the medical physician in Egypt ASAP.....don't think the physician will ask about the address, but if asked tell her to explain that her husband is her Representative and all correspondence is received via his Canadian mailing address.

How long does it take to receive an email with the medical form? I received an email today requesting the medical examination and that the form was sent in a separate email, but I never received it... is the delay possible? Thank you for your help!!!
