It seems like it's in English and Chinese. Do you have required fonts installed? Try it on another computer (ask a friend or family member). I was able to open it fine here though.
I did ask a friend in Canada to open it and his didn't work either. Did you just Adobe to it?
These files cannot be opened in mobile devices or any other pdf reader than adobe reader... But if you are using a Laptop please update your abode reader... Adobe Reader DC latest opens them perfectly
Hi, I encountered the same problem now. I have the latest Adobe reader installed and tried to open the downloaded file but it kept showing a 'no error'.
Did you find any good way to resolve this issue? Thank you.
Try this one: put your cursor in the file name, then right click, you see a pop-up menu, then click the "Open With", then choose the option Adobe Acrobat Reader...hope this helps
Some replies here are nonsense... here is the real solution. You need to install a Chinese font pack in order to open imm0104e. You can find the font pack in this website: https://helpx.adobe.com/cn/acrobat/kb/windows-font-packs-32-bit-reader.html
This is the solution. I don't know how they make it so complicated. They should at least make another simple one just let us print out and fill it up with a pen!!
Hi. Do you know to do the signature at the end? I can fill all the other information, but can't sign at the end.

Also, remember to update your Adobe to the latest version in Menu -> Help -> Check for updates.
