IMM008 problems

I'm filling out the IMM008 form but when I enter my country of residence under question 10, I'm unable to enter data about my last visit to Canada.. What do I do? can I fill that in after printing the form?

You don't need to enter any data there.
Only select the country from drop down list.

I also have some problems. My ID in Colombia doesn't expires and I don't know what date do I have to put. It doesn't allow me to validate. Some help please! Thanks

Just put a date in, let's say 10 years from now..
