Isn't that field grayed out anyway?? If you select a province, other than Quebec in question #6
then question #7 becomes grayed out... ? So it's not applicable unless you intend to live in Quebec.

I applied for a Quebec PR under skilled worker category from USA thru an attorney on 2009 and later (after two years) got an email saying that the file was closed as we did not send necessary details. Do not know what kind of details they were looking for (as I have sent all information to my attorney). Given this situation (the file was closed and not actually rejected) should I mark this field as Yes and furnish relevant details? I got the File number from Quebec.

I called the Quebec Immigration office to know what kind of details they were looking for but they could not able to retrieve the information. Will this have any impact in my PR application. Please let me know your thoughts.
