IMM0008 RV 02-2012

Hi all,

I was just checking over the forms we submitted back in April 2012. I used the latest forms at the time or sending our application package, however, when I open IMM0008 (02-2012), the barcodes show a different revision date (07-2011). We definitely used the latest revision at the time of submission, so I don't understand why the date under the barcode doesn't match the date in the bottom left corner of the form.

Is this normal??

Yup, I've noticed it. Actually, I posted a question about it back when we were putting the application together, but I didn't get a response.

I think it's a bug in that form. I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't think is a bug, but an indication of the date (month/year) when the new form came into effect (July 2011). The form has gone through some revisions after the initial release (July 18, 2011), so nothing surprising there. I wouldn't worry about it either, as it's the accepted form for processing current PR applicants and I haven't heard of anyone being rejected because of it.

IMM1344 shows 02-2012 under the barcodes. It's only IMM0008 that shows 07-2011, so not sure, but it would seem as if it's a bug.
