IMM0008- place of birth different on Passport

Hi guys, On IMM0008, it asked for place of birth (City/Town) but on Passport it has District name for Place of Birth. What should i be writing on IMM0008 form? Should it be District Name or City Name? Would this cause any issue if both are different? The City is located in the District.

Not significant, just include a short note of explanation (eg [town] on birth certificate is located in [distrcit] which is shown in passport.

I already submitted the application. Should I send a webform saying that? How long do they take to receive the note that was sent via webform?
