hello, i am filling the forms for my wife who is in INDIA, i am confused at this question asking for national identity document? i am not sure which one would it be, she dosent have Voter Id card though , what should i select in this ques please suggest.

Hello since I'm the applicant I just wrote N/A cause we don't have National Identity card here in country, Philippines, not all countries have it..
