I need to fill the form IMM 0008 for my spouse. How do I fill it as to me being the principal applicant and wife being a dependent or my wife is a principal applicant here. Pls help me guys

You don't fill out separate IMM0008. There is one form with the one Principal Applicant and their dependents.

So that means I am the primary applicant in the form and my wife is a dependent.

Yes they do instruct to fill for both of applicant but that doesn't mean that you have to fill them separately for both of you. You have to fill it and your spouse details will also be filled by you
