Hi All,

Has anyone ever been requested to submit this additional document when applying for a student visa?

I'm quite stuck on question 1 and 2, as I'm not applying for PR, should I just fill in "Others" and "Permit Holder"?

In the message for additional documents, it also asked to make sure I provide my background information from the past 10 years with no gaps, but I don't see any fields anywhere that is related to background information. Is there another form I'll need to fill in on top of this IMM0008?

Hi

If the VO requested this form, it must have been an error. IMM0008 is not a study permit form. I suggest you contact the VO.

Thank you, seems like it really has been a mistake frrom their part. Scared me for a second there
