But due to new rules as of yesterday, applicants now need a letter of attestation from the province and the rules/process to apply will not be available until March 31. So all study permit applications are on hold and will be returned unless applying for a Masters, Phd or post graduate program. So need to wait until March. Provinces also are capped at the number of international students allowed so there may be specific requirements to get that letter.
