Hi,
I am filling background application form of my wife as a dependent, she completed her Bachelors Degree and Currently in her 2nd year of Masters (still 1 year need to finish). I am confused on what to mention in Highest level of Education

Should I keep it as Bachelors

and what about years of education 16 Yrs until Bachelors

So leave it that way or add another year because she completed 1 year masters degree

Her highest level of education is Bachelor's. You can add another year.
