Hi everyone,
We are filling out our forms for inland common law sponsorship, and have a couple more questions.

1. Form IMM0008 asks for a from/to date for visitor status (question 10 - it asks about residency). My partner is here as a visitor. He came here last September and was granted the full 6 months. We renewed his status in March, and he was given another 6 months, expiring September 28. We've since applied again for extension, and he is currently on implied status. We are wondering what we put as his "to" date. Technically, his last permit is until September 28, but since he's currently on implied status, we're not sure how to indicate that.

2. Form IMM5669 - I realize I asked a similar question earlier and we thought we had an answer, but now we have another question (sorry!). When my partner was in high school, he attended all of his classes and went to all his years of schooling. However, he did not pass his final exams and therefore did not actually receive a high school diploma. He technically never "successfully completed" high school since he didn't actually graduate. Do we include these years as "successful completion" anyways?
A few years ago, he decided to go back and upgrade, which granted him the equivalent of his high school diploma. The upgrading was quick and simple, and only took a few months. It doesn't appear possible to put in fractional years of schooling for IMM5669 - he wanted to say 5.5 years for high school, but it won't let us (assuming his previous high schooling actually counted as "successful completion.") What would you do? Round down or round up?

3. Also for Form IMM5669 - the form asks for to/from dates for residency and employment for the last ten years (similar questions come up on the sponsor's forms, too). Do you know if this is going back 10 calendar years, or 10 years to the month that you're applying.. My partner changed jobs in August 2008, and we're not sure if we need to put down everything back to January 2008 or if August 2008 will suffice (we are applying in October). As the sponsor, I have a similar issue, as the sponsor form asks for 5 years of residency, and I moved in September 2013.

As always, many thanks in advance for your help and guidance. We looked in the detailed guide, but couldn't see anything addressing our questions.
