Hello,

Can somebody please help me on this problem?
CIC asked me to refill IMM5669E personal history and asked no gap between date. However, I have some overlapped activities. For example, I was working while I was studying
2007/09-2011/06: study
2010/12- 2011/11: work

Can I still fill in the form that way?
Thanks in advance.

In my opinion, you should enter all the details using additional sheet designed in MS Excel. Write the dates in applicable columns without leaving any gap and then enter the details of both your studies and work against these dates.

Hope this helps.

I had same situation and what I did is that I added one line for overlapping activities and written both in one line like ( use your data below)

2007/09 to 2010/11 Study
2010/12 to 2011/06 Study xxxx and job as xxxx
2011/07 to 2011/11 Job as xxxxx

It will be confusing for VO if you overlap activities....This is my personal opinion and so far I had faced no problem.

I have done my masters during job so I write it as follows

2005/8/12 to date : Job in xxx xxx xx
2010/1/1 to 2013/5/31 : study in xxxxxx

Yes.
That's a better way, doesn't confuse the VO.
