Hi All,

I need an urgent help.

I had submitted my e-APR on 2nd Jan, 2017. After passing of medicals and BG status turning to Not started, I have got a request for a new letter (Schedule A). Not sure, why specifically I have got this request.

Review of Submitted Documents - We need an additional document from the applicant

I suppose the reason for this special request for Schedule A is due to the below reason:

- All my documents have been made on my permanent address (including passport) and that has not changed since I have turned 18. So in my personal history where we enter the addresses I have lived since I turned 18, I had mentioned my permanent address (apart from the time when I lived out of country - in those case I had mentioned the actual address).

- Supposedly the concern starts, in my personal history where I had mentioned my work and education history, I had mentioned the detail of the organisation and the location I have worked at with them (not same as my permanent address). Also, during my college I have mentioned the location college is located at (also, not same as permanent address). I do not need PCC for the cities as we only need 1 PCC for the whole country, yet the cities are not so near to be traveled everyday for a full time job/college course.

Please can anyone quickly guide, should I keep the same details as mentioned during e-APR or change it to original (many of them are college hostel/dorm, or paying guests during the early days of my job period). Will changing the details lead to any issues or will this be classified as misrepresentation now.

I have to submit the Schedule A by 27th Jan, please can anyone guide quickly for this?

Thanks in advance.

Do not change the details. just check the gaps left in the dates. no gaps are allowed. suppose you have 2 days gap try writing it saying searching job or rest during job shifting.....but you need to mention

I checked thoroughly before submitting. Not even a gap of a single day.

So with gaps the personal history is by month. After you saying that I f someone has an entry that ends in sept and another starts in Oct, are you supposed to have a overlap sept-oct

Yes suppose there is gap of 2 days in between 2 jobs you have to mention what you did in those 2 days.

Ah i see, ok will double check mine but I believe all my months overlap and match with the jobs etc. Thank you.

As I've answered yes to some stat questions and had a government job, I'm going to submit my stat a with the loe anyway.

It's important to mention the gaps in between your employment history!

As far as you address information, were you always residing at your Permanent Address? I understand you can put down your parents house as the permanent address while you're residing elsewhere... I myself lived for almost two years on another city in an apartment paid for by my employeer while I was on work over there, going on Mondays and returning on Fridays. I mention this other address as well, in fact I overlapped the addresses and explained in LoE that I was living on two places at the same time. My rule is simple, hotels and hostels don't count as they are temporary by nature, but if you ever lived for long enough in an address different than your stated permanent address where you actually changed your mailing address at the bank (or had things delivered frequently too) then I would mentioned that and explain in LoE.

You don't have to 'change' what you put on your eARP, just amend the details with other possible overlapping/secondary addresses and explain in LoE that although it's not your permanent address you had lived there for some time and thought that you should mention it.

What he said ^^^

I've also used my mum's address as my mailing address for my entire adult life, especially as I have travelled around so much. I've mentioned this in my loe that some past documents were sent to this mailing address, however I wasn't living there at the time.

It would be useful if the system displayed personal history in a timeline format for visual reasons.

Is it required that a job starting mid September you can have "September employed" and "September unemployed" without having to comment in loe? Just assume the officer understands it would be a mid month change?

As far as a remember I put the comment "personal time in between jobs" in there somewhere.. I think in the position held field.

In my case I changes jobs 2 in the last 10 years and the time in between them was a few days, so I guess 'personal time' is fine. But for a long period of time I'd put down "seeking/looking for employment"...
