Hi,

I have couple questions

about "8. Personal History"
1. What Should I write in "Name of company, employer, school, facility" for unemployment. Maybe Not Applicable. I don't know...

2. I had gap between (finish)High School and (go to)University 3 months(it is regular summer break) What Should I write unemployed???

about "7.Education":

1. I'm wodering what kind of "Type of certificate or diploma issued" write

-for University. Master of Science in Geomatics ? but it isn't enough space. Shortcut is good MSc?

-for High School I'm wondering about "High School Diploma" but it isn't enough space.
Maybe just "Diploma" or "Graduate"?

2. What should I do if my University name is to long. Should I write University name with black ink pen?
I don't have enough space to write my University name. What to do?

There's nothing written by hand anymore. They are mostly PDF files which can be completed. Except for one place where I had to write my name in my native language and signature, no pen was used anywhere.

I hope you are not using very some old forms.

From my personal experience, this is my advice:

Get a sheet of paper and give it a header Additional information/<the title of the form>.

Then indicate for example,
7 Education
Type of Certificate or Diploma Issued = High School Diploma (Do the same for ur university degree)

Basically, the idea is to write every information that could not be written in the original fields (due to lack of space) in this extra sheet.
Advisably, don't write anything by hand, instead use extra sheet and indicate the question and the field.

Do the same for ur university name, rewrite the name in full on the extra sheet and refer it to the appropriate field under education so the guy evaluating ur form will understand which extra information on that sheet complements which question or fields on the main form.

Under personal history and education, if u ran out of fields cos u still have more information, draw new form and label the column as it is on the original form. Then say "personal history" or "education" continued

U can use the same sheet to add all other extra information but be careful not to write stories. For example, I remember that I also referred the would be evaluator to see the footnote of one of my police certificate for English translation. So he wouldn't mistakenly think that I submitted a non English police cert without English translation.

Try not to use more than one page.

Under "education", do the gaps really matter? I thought only in the "personal history" there should be no gaps. More so because the education is usually completed before you reach 18 years old.

However, seniors may enlighten us.
