Hi all

Ive just recieved a additional document to be uploaded for my PR app
Its IMM 5669 and I need to update my adress history in next 7 days

My question is for my present address.
I dunno if I should leave it blank since I still live here or put todays date or print and write with hand "present" cause I can only put numbers in the field. So I will put "from" date but not sure what to put in "to" date

Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Fill your details in XLS in exactly the same way with column headers as mentioned in Schedule A and then put "Current" or "present" in your TO field for the current address.

Also, remeber to mention in the main schedule A form under address history, something like " Annexure attached." So that cic people dont miss out anything when you provide them as a separate list.

So, I leave all blank in form for history and write all my history in attached file? Hm Everything fits to the form so I dunno why to write it again in the attached document?

so if you are concerned and dont want to write in separate form then do that and write 2015-08 in your "TO" field as your current address field value.
CIC understands that there is NO way to provided alphabets in those fields and you can only put numbers.
