Hi,
Under personal history in the Background Declaration form (IMM 5669), Do I need to include any vacations I have taken (say like 2-3 week trips and under?) or does that information go in the "your travels" supplementary information form? Or both? So far I have filled in my personal history in the IMM5669 with my study, living and employment information. please help!!

If you were working during the time, the travels only need to be written on the your travels form.

If you were unemployed during some periods, you would write "unemployed" under "activity".

thank you! How about if I was unemployed?

Another question on this.......

I finished up a working contract in mid April and then went travelling for the rest of April and May. I then resumed working elsewhere at the beginning of June.

Now, do I state that I was 'unemployed' for the rest of April and May OR that I was 'travelling'?

I've read all the instructions and I just wanted to clarify.

Thanks :)

Sorry another question........I am Australian and was living in Canada but visited family in Seattle a few times, do I need to note this in my travels as well? So hard to remember every little trip. And as I was living and working in Canada do I need to mention this as it was outside of my country of origin?

Thanks again

Yes. As it clearly states in the Form. Your passport will have stamps so shouldn't be too hard. Anything out with the ca and aus must be declared.

Hi! question about personal history. My partner is a seafarer, working offshore. Basically, he is on the ship the entire duration of his contract. He is working on a survey vessel thus always in the middle of the ocean, setting foot on land only once his contract is done and ready to fly back to his home country. His vacation usually is 1 to 2 months, then back again to work for 3 or 5 months. Now, what do i write on the Job/Activity/Title, Position if my partner is on vacation and do i have to answer the status in country or name or employer if he is currently off work?

Any input is greatly appreciated. I didn't think that filling out the forms would be soooo confusing and so stressful. Please help! Thanks!
