IMM 5669 and Spouse who is Sponsor

I am about to submit the spousal application for my wife. She's a resident of Kazakhstan. I am in Canada now.

Do I also need to submit IMM5669?

The checklist says submit for the sponsored person and "each family member over 18." Since we are married I am her family member; so, I am thinking I should fill this in too. Correct?

No, you do not need to submit that form.

If both you and your spouse were being sponsored, then you would need that form. Since you are the sponsor...you do not.
