Imm 5669 Address history

Hi, my permanent address is city A(province of my country) , then im working at city b for 4 years(city of my country) i stay every weekdays in city b because of my work then i stay in city A every wekends in my permanent adress in imm 5669 no. 10 addresses how can i fill up, should the city B will be my ongoing address?
2008 - 2014 - city A
2015 - ongoing - city b
Is that correct? Thankssssss

if you have been working at city B since 4 years......i assume you started working and living at your B residence every weekday since 2014 and still living on weekends at city A.....so you may fill......and if you like, although not necessary, you may include a note to explain

Sorry i forgot to ask..
When my husband visit me in my country last feb to april 2016 we rented a condo unit short term and june to aug 2018 we rented again a short term should i need to put it in address history...

June 2018 - August 2018 (2 mos) - condo unit, stay when my husband visit me
Do i need to include the 2, short term in my address history ?
