IMM 5669 (02-2018) Shcedule A Background

Please I need to know
the CIC returned our documents for the new check list 02-2018. Does this form IMM 5669 generate barcode? Is there another format to update?
When I Print no barcode...
Validate: YES
We will send again all our documents
Family Class Sponsorship

Hello my number is also the form is 02-2018 I validated it but when printing it has no barcode. My other forms if they have. That's my doubt. If Schedule A has barcodes or not. I have to send them with the other documents to start the process

Can you please explaine in more detail what happened? You sent application package and it was returned to you? Did you send documents according to an old check list? .

Yes.
My IMM 5669 was old (2012)
Now IMM (02-2018) have a codebar?
They returned the package. The instructions were 2: Attach Police Certificate (translated) and use the form (02-2018). I already filled it and validated it, my question is if this form has a barcode. You have not printed it with a barcode. Is that so? No barcode?

Hey Good day I am sponsorships my husband and he has to summit the Schedule A form can you please tell me what is the number to the bottom of the most update one

Hey the person above was talking about the police clearance I have to get that as well seeing that CIC returned the package requesting the schedule A form along with police clearance does the clearance have anything to do with the declaration form

Hi, my husband called CIC Goverment, and they told him that a bar code should be printed when this form validated. We remade the format IMM 5669 and still didnt get the bar code. Can we send it without the barcode? Is there anybody who can advise us in this regard
