IMM 5612 (10-2014) E vs. IMM 5612 (08-2014) E

I am ready to send my application on Monday and I am in final check and recheck phase.
While double checking to make sure that no fresh form has been updated since I have completed mine I noticed that I have filled:

IMM 5612 (10-2014) E(which I have downloaded couple days ago)

while now it does not exist on CIC website anymore but instead old one:

IMM 5612 (08-2014) E

Does anyone has any clue what happened and which one to send?

It seems that I was the only one noticed this bug...
I will go with actual version then 08-2014....

I hope it will be just fine

there is no update of forms after september 2014.. there must be some bug when u downloaded..so go with 08-2014 one

I did went with 08-114 but trust me there it was 10-14 for a brief time, available for download. Who posted it and why it has been removed I do not know, but I had it in my hands printed out till just now.

I discarded it since I sent my application about an hour ago.

very amazing to hear that...was there any difference in both forms except dates?

I have not managed to find any difference and I have investigated it quite deep.
