Hello everyone, I have applied for Canada PR with my dependent child who is 5 years old.i am divorced through mutual divorce agreement and I have the custody as per the divorce agreement signed by both me and my ex husband. They asked me to supply imm5604 on 13th nov. So in reply to it I submitted the form signed by only me and a declarion stating that I have my child's full custody so I the only parent.
