Hi everyone, I have a quick question.
The last question on this form asks whether you've been married before and asks for an address. Is this the address where you used to live together? Where you got married? Their current address? We don't know what info to put. I really appreciate your help

What if you don't know the address? My boyfriend hasn't seen her since their divorce five years ago!

Then explain it - put unknown, and explain that your bf has not had contact with his former wife for 5 years and doesn't know her current address.
