well i'm currently renting in roommate and my roommate will not accept to be mentioned?

i don't have any relatives now here, should i mention the roommate in this question?

13 and 14 will any explanation asked for documented proof ?

Yes, you need to list your roommate.

If CIC suspects you lied in any question, they may ask for proof. Just be honest.

I agree. Just tell the truth. Say you live with a roommate. You don't need his agreement to mention his name in the forms - he doesn't even have to know. You do not have to prove he lives with you, and CIC will not contact him. Just put his name down and explain you are roommates.
