IMM 5540 Monthly income

Does the form want monthly gross or net income? Can I divide total yearly gross salary which was mentioned in the Offer letters, and divide it by 12?

Can somebody please advise?

Just use gross. While there is no MNI for spousal sponsorship, the MNI numbers for sponsoring parents/grandparents is in gross.
