In the checklist, where it asks for the medical examination- do I need to leave it blank or write N/A, small confusion

I did not take any medical examination

Your question is kind of vague. You need to give more context. What application are you referring to? How is the question written?

Let me add to this, because I'm facing a similar question -

The checklist instructs you to abstain from getting a medical examination, and that you will be required to get a medical examination at a later date. However, if you had received a medical immigration examination within the past year for *some other reason,* you are required to include the examination in your package, and write down the name of the panel physician and date of the exam on the checklist.

If you HAVEN'T had an exam in the last 12 months, do you just leave it blank, or write N/A on it?

You shouldn't leave the space blank
