IMM 5533 checkbox doubt

HI everyone, i really "dumb" question.

In the 5533 checklist there is a checkbox for every item next to every number, do we need to check this box even when it not applies to us? I leave in blank? or i write N/A after handwrite?

for example, IN PART B ITEM 3. do you and the person you are sponsoring have a child...It is a checkbox on the number, and a NO and YES box, do we check the checkbox on the number, and the NO checkbox too?

Hi! If it does not apply to your case you should leave the box blank and write N/A in the box when you print the form.

In that example you should select the NO option and leave the other chechbox in blank. When you print the form you write N/A in the checkbox with a pen.
