Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi all,

My common law partner is sponsoring me and he's working on the employment history section of IMM 5532 for a past job. The problem is that this job was highly variable as far as hours, so he can't come up with a consistent number of hours per month.

Does anyone know how specific this number needs to be or is it more of an estimate? We want to calculate it correctly and some guidance would be nice.

Thanks for everything, guys. We really appreciate this forum.

i would imagine an estimate is fine. since the required financial document shows his yearly income, i'd recommend taking his yearly gross income and dividing it by 12 to make it easy. i doubt his monthly income is going to be scrutinized that thoroughly.

Thank you, CDNPR2014! Okay, so we are probably overthinking it here. We'll take your suggestion and maybe include a note since we already have another note for the same form we need to put in anyway. We appreciate the help!

I have the same problem. ALso he is been working in the same job since 2011 so the gross income varies every year.
