Imm 5532 - Other financially dependent people

Hi all, under Other financially dependent people item 3 in imm5532, do I need to include my 2 children who are Canadian citizens? I am only sponsoring my husband who doesn't have any legal status in Canada but our 2 biological children are Canadian citizens (ages 12 and 18). Also, does the 18-year old child considered as an adult already and should not be viewed as financially dependent?
