IMM 5532: Date they met sponsor or principal applicant

IMM 5532: Information about relationship. It asks on question 7 the date my family members met my spouse. My mother has done a video call with my husband in 2017 before she met him in person but we forgot the date. She officially met in him in person this year though in april. Should I write the video call date (don't remember the exact date and neither does she..)

I would write in April they met in person.
You can do separate letters detailing your relationship and explain how they video chat before too

hello to all and thanks for answering the quetions. could someone please answer my question?
My partner and I have been asked to provide the IMM5532 form for our relationship evaluation. The form is for a sponsor and a principal applicant, while my partner is the principal applicant and I'm the dependent and we have no sponsor. We are applying together in one application also none of us is a PR or citizen of Canada yet. we are thinking to fill the form as my partner (the principal applicant) as the sponsor and myself (the dependent) as the PA. has anyone had the similar issue? should we contact CIC and ask for another form, or just fill the same one? any other suggestions?
