My answer is: YES
" Period of cohabitation"
From Dec. 26, 2012 to Jan 29, 2013 NOTE: We rent a house and nothing else live with us, except my sponsor and I.

Q #28. "Are you currently living with your sponsor?
Answer: NO
"When did your sponsor return to Canada?
Answer: Jan. 29, 2013 NOTE: after he returned to Canada, I went back home, living with my mom and sister.

Q #29. "Are you living with someone other than your spouse?"

:-\PLS help, where will I base my answer on Q #29? Base on Q #27 or in Q # 28? I just wanna be with my hubby asap, but 'Im having a hard time answering those confusing question. I hope you guys can help me. Thank you.

medical and other supporting documents aside sa mga application forms.Don't you mind if I ask kung magkano po nagastos mo sa medical at kung saan? My husband and I only got married last Jan. 07, 2013 here in Pampanga, unfortunately wala kami na ayos sa mga forms

Newly wed din po ba kayo? Saan City/Province po hubby nyo in Canada?

nung july 2012 pa kami ikinasal sis..from st.john's NL hubby ko..
sa nationwide kami nagpa med, bale i have 2 dependents
fee is 4000+315 for the x-ray
1750 each naman sa kids ko
100 pesos(courier fee)

if may clarifications ka for supporting docus, dont hesitate to ask sis

passport, 7 passport photos, and fees lang naman ang need mo dalhin sis,
right after the medical, they will give you Copy 1 of the Medical Report - Client Biodata
and Summary (IMM 1017), signed and provided by the panel physician on your medical exam..
yun ang isubmit mo as proof of medical exam..

first time kasi namen. We're married last december 2012. My hubby is living in Toronto Canada. Ask ko lang sa pano niyo ginawa yung extra sheet pag di kasya sa form? like after the page nakasunod na yung extra sheet or naka separate siya in one folder? and how did you do the pictures, messages documents? salamat talaga
