IMM 5476 and IMM5475

Help! We dont have representative/agency.. But im confused. Do i (applicant) need to accomplish imm5476 and put my spouse (sponsor) as my representative?? Or just put n/a in checklist in imm5476??

Also, in imm5475 in fill up no. 1 is this the applicant name? Or the sponsor name??

SECTION A: APPLICANT INFORMATION.................the person been sponsored (Principal Applicant) and not the sponsor.

Its not mandatory you fill IMM5475.....the PA should only fill the form if they appointing and authorizing anyone like the Sponsor or Immigration Consultant to represent them during the sponsorship process.

Note to sponsors: if the person you’re sponsoring is living outside Canada, and your address in Canada is provided as their mailing address on the application for permanent residence (IMM 0008), the principal applicant (person you’re sponsoring) must complete a Use of Representative form listing you as their representative.

So did you put your sponsor's Canadian address as the MAILING address on IMM 0008? If so, yes you should fill in IMM5476. If you didn't (use your own address outside of Canada as your mailing address), then you don't have to and it's an option.
