Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) or Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475]

I am the sponsor and my husband is the principal applicant. Does my husband need to fill out either of the above forms if I help him with his application or if he wants me to be able to check on his application once submitted?

Just do the use of a representative form. He must sign it. Make sure it's filled in correctly, or they will return the entire application
