do I fill out the form IMM 5406 Additional family information if I do NOT have any dependants on me ?

yes you needs to fill this form out, this form is declartions by you that you dont have any depndent or sibling , so in future if you try to sponser based on those category you are not alloawed. so by signing this form you are saying that you dont have any dependent at the momnet. if you get them after thats ok, but you cant have them now.

I am actualy being sponsored by my Canadian boyfriend. Do I fill him his name in this form as my common-law partner - Section A ?? So technicaly, on this form will be only my name and his name ?
