Hi,
I applied with my wife for Express Entry last year, we got invited to apply, and also paid the RPRF fees. We had a baby between the time of original application and now, so we submitted all of my son's documents (birth certificate, passport, medicals, etc.), which CIC responded by saying they've received. In addition, they wanted us to fill out updated IMM 0008 and IMM 5406. A few questions on those:
1. On IMM 5406, it says both my wife and I (I'm the primary applicant) need to fill a form each for this; so, in one form will my name be the applicant's name with my parents' details, and in the other form, will it be my wife's name in the applicant column?
2. My mother tongue is Tamil, but I never learned to read or write it, I can only speak it. So, do I still need to fill out 5406 in native language? For Indian citizens, is the English spelling of the name sufficient?
3. On IMM 0008, I don't see an option for Express Entry, hence I've chosen Program = Economic and Category = Skilled worker; is that accurate?
Thank you,
BD.
