I've been requested for Gen IMM 5406 document for my wife's son.
Additional Family Information IMM 5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family
Information form (IMM 5406) bearing an original signature.
I missed to include that info in the form earlier. My wife has a son from her previous marriage. We included the child as dependent.
My question is, do I need to mention son's biological father name in gen IMM 5406 as the form has father name and mother name? His passport has only mother's name in it.
His biological father is married also. Do we need to mention his name along with his marital status, present address? he's not part of application in anyway.
Any letter of explanation is needed?
