IMM 5406... Help, please

I am my wife's sponsor.

She has filled out the IMM 5406.

Here's my concern, In the GUIDE TO IMMIGRATING, it says: This form must be completed by:
-You, as the principal applicant,
-Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not)

Questions:

1. Do I, her husband and sponsor, have to fill out another IMM 5406, as well?

2. Is it okay to type in lower case letters (for example: Steve Jones)?

No, you do not need to fill out an IMM5406 as her sponsor and spouse. She needs to put your name in Section A as her spouse, along with her own name (applicant) and the names of her parents.

Preferred is CAPITAL letters but lower case should not matter as well....Its not a big issue....
